A LoRaWAN gateway (concentrator) with very long range plugs in near your existing router and covers sensors across the building—often an entire multi-family or commercial property from a single unit. If the site has no router or Wi-Fi, a cellular-backed gateway option is available.
Step 2: Place the Sensors
Place the sleek, two-pronged sensor near potential leak sources such as under sinks, near water
heaters, mechanical rooms, or behind appliances. The sensor can be screwed on or attached with
the provided double-sided tape.
Leave the sensor hanging near the floor, where water needs to be detected. Sensors talk to the
site gateway over LoRaWAN—no per-unit Wi-Fi setup for tenants.
